Many working professionals face this difficult situation while preparing for the MBA entrance along with job. The best strategy in such situation is this -

1. Take as many mock tests as you can and determine where you stand in the competition.

2 If your rank in mocks isn't up to your expectations, you should check your progress in the past mocks.

3 Buy the best books
Ask experienced people which books are the best and start learning from them only.

4 Do not waste time
You don't have time to waste. Cultivate those weekends.

5 Take occasional leaves to prepare for your course.

6 Make notes while you do all this.

7 Keep practicing
Since you have all the necessary material, keep practising from books and papers. There are some (paid and free) online applications/websites which are very helpful.
