MBA or Ph.D in Green Supply Chain Management

Hey there! I have completed M.Tech in Mechanical and having 13 years of Experience. Now I want to keep continue my study but little confused that Which one is to do between MBA or Ph.D in Green Supply Chain Management. Would you please suggest me some ideas???
