B.Sc. Nursing is a professionally-oriented course and the mainstream higher study option is a postgraduate degree in nursing with different kinds of specialisations.

MBA PROGRAMMES

MBA programmes in hospital and health care management and other related disciplines are rare.

The following are a few MBA or postgraduate programmes:

1. Symbiosis Institute of Health Sciences offers MBA in hospital and health care management, a two-year fulltime Master's degree programme.

Graduates in any discipline including nursing with 50 per cent marks are eligible for admission.

MHA

A postgraduate course in health administration or hospital administration is another suitable option.
