The eligibility required for Master of Business Administration (Network Infrastructure Management) course offered by IGNOU (Indira Gandhi National Open University) are as follows: 1. Age Restrictions: There are no age restrictions for admission to IGNOU’s management programs. 2. One must have done graduate in any discipline. General Category must have 50% marks in graduation. However, if you belong to the reserved category, then you need to have only 45% marks for graduation. OR 3. You should have a professional degree in Medicine /Engineering /Accountancy /Cost and Works Accountancy/Law/Company Secretary ship. One should also have 50% marks for the degree. 4. Qualify in Entrance Test: One should be qualified in OPENMAT management aptitude test conducted by IGNOU for admission to management programs. OPENMAT Syllabus The OPENMAT tests ability in the following fields: 1. General Awareness Current Affairs India: Constitution, Government, Laws, Famous People, Achievements, Organisations, History,Geography, Economy, Politics, States. World: Countries, Organisations, Leaders, World Economy, Summits. Science, Industry, Trade etc. 2. English Language Reading and Comprehension: You will be asked to read passages and then answer the multiple choice questions based on the passage. Grammar: These questions would test your skills in English grammar. This section contains questions like fill in the blanks , sentence correction etc. Vocabulary, Synonyms, Antonyms etc. 3. Quantitative Aptitude This sections tests your numerical and math skills. The most frequent topics are: Algebra, Ratios and Proportions, LCM, HCF, Statistics, Mean,mode,median, Permutations, combinations, Progressions, Arithmetic Progression, Geometric Progression Geometry, Number Systems, Trigonometry etc. 4. Reasoning This section checks your reasoning skills. The commonly asked topics are: Assertion and reasons, Assumption-Premise-Conclusion, Cause and Effect, Coding and decoding, Critical reasoning, Family tree, Statements and assumptions, Statements and conclusions, Symbol Based problems, Visual reasoning etc. |
