Re: Mba mpm
There is difference between MPM and MBA (HR), The focus area of HR is Training & Development, induction program, recruitment, Performance Apprasal, retention strategies, HR policies while MPM deals with PF ESIC labour walfare, some legal compliances etc. Further, the personnel management can be broadly said as overseeing all the activities of employees such as staffing, payments, other operations, discipline/Administration and it is just like supervising the staff and their functions. The objective of HRM extends its scope from mere administrative functions or daily operations to how to improve the Human Resources and to how effectively can a human resource can be utilised to increase the Return on Investment in the business environment. After the successful completion of Masters In Personnel Management MPM, one can recognize as Personnel Manager or Human Resource Development Manager, and have excellent career opportunities in Corporate Sector and Organizational field candidates can work in both Government and Private Sector as Senior Officer (Training & Development), Assistant Manager, Senior Executive Resource Management, Assistant General Manager, Production manager, Quality Assurance & Quality Control Manager, Trainee (Human Resource Management), Lecturer, Professor, etc. An MBA in HR graduate can work in the industries, corporate, colleges & schools and MNCs. There are a sufficient number of job in India, and off-course there is a great opportunity to work in abroad. |
