Application Process and Requirements Grades An undergraduate degree with a bare minimum Cumulative GPA of 3.0. Letters of Reference 2 Letters of Reference Work Experience Aspirants must have a minimum of two years of relevant full time work experience after their undergraduate degree. Resume Interview Minimum GMAT Score 570 TOEFL McGill requires a bare minimum score of 600 for the paper-based test, 250 for the computer-based test, or 100 for the Internet-based test.
