MBA (Master of Business Administration) is management course and MCA (Master of computer Applications) is a technical course. Both are best and high profile courses. Both the MBA as well as MCA have good scope. But you belong from BCA course then you may apply for MCA course better choice rather then MBA course. Because BCA is basic course for MCA then you should develop your career computer application course. But as you are saying you are average in Programming then you can choose MBA. But again you have to clear Entrance Exams for admission in MBA. So basically, you need to check your interest and your capacity to pursue a course.
