The applicant who wants to apply for the MBA Lecturer Jobs must fight the State Eligibility Test for Lectureship (SET).

Eligibility Criteria

The applicants who want to appear in the SET exam of the Chennai must have Master's Degree recognized by U.G.C.

The applicants must have minimum of 55% marks as an aggregate. The applicant who belongs to the SC/ST category must have minimum of 50% marks as an aggregate


Candidates can appear for SET in the subject of their Post-Graduation only.

Candidates should note that their candidature is provisional

Exam dates:

The Tamil Nadu State Level Eligibility Test Notifications was released on July /August and the SLET exams will be conducted in the month of October by Bharathiar University.

Test Procedure:

The Test will consist of three papers; Paper -I,Paper - II and Paper -III

Paper I: This is compulsory for all and is meant to test research / teaching aptitude of the candidate.

Paper II:

Paper II will be of 1 1/4 hours duration.
This paper will be for 100 Marks containing 50 objective type compulsory questions.
Each question will carry 2 marks.

Paper III :

Paper III will be of 2 1/2 Hours duration for 150 marks and it will consist of 75 objective type compulsory questions.
Each question will carry 2 Marks.
