About the institute:
Indian Statistical Institute (ISI), a unique institution devoted to the research, teaching and application of statistics, natural sciences and social sciences. Founded by Professor P.C. Mahalanobis in Kolkata on 17th December, 1931, the institute gained the status of an Institution of National Importance by an act of the Indian Parliament in 1959.

P.G. Diploma in Statistical Methods and Analytics
P.G. Diploma in Statistical Methods with Applications#
Post-Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications

Duration of course:
1 year

Course Structure
The one-year programme consists of a total of 10 courses distributed as five courses per semester

Selection Procedure
Selection is based on the performances in written test and interview. Past academic records may also be taken into consideration

Eligibility
In order to be eligible for admission to this programme, a student must have a 3-year Bachelor’s degree with Mathematics/Statistics/Economics as one of the subjects and a domicile certificate of North Eastern states from a recognized authority.
