I have completed BBA from (bachelor of business administration) Karnataka University. Now I want to do MBA from IIIT Hyderabad. So please tell me that IIIT Hyderabad provides MBA course?

Sorry to say you but International Institute of Information Technology Hyderabad does not offering MBA degree. At International Institute of Information Technology Hyderabad there is no facility for MBA application.
