M.B.A. in Human Resource Management is a process of managing people in organisations in a structured and systematic manner.

This includes the fields of recruitment, retention, pay and incentives setting and management, performance management, change management and taking care of exits from the company to round off the activities.

The duration of the course is two years and it opens many careers after its successful completion.
