MBA Enhanced Score Report

I am doing preparation of the GMAT Exam for doing MBA degree and heard about the GMAT Enhanced Score Report (ESR). Will you please tell me what the purpose and uses of this GMAT Enhanced Score Report (ESR) also tell me key features of this report?
