The Mortgage Bankers Association is governed by a 36-person Board of Directors that is responsible for the general management of the affairs of the association.

The interests of commercial/multifamily and residential members are represented separately through two governing boards:

The Commercial Real Estate/Multifamily Finance Board of Governors (COMBOG)
The Residential Board of Governors (RESBOG)

The Board of Directors will be chaired by Dave Motley, CMB, Chairman of MBA and President of Colonial Savings, F.A.
