It may difficult for you to do MBA after diploma in Civil engineering

Diploma holders are not eligible for MBA program.
Only graduate candidate who score at least 50 % in graduation from any recognized university are eligible for MBA programme.

Here you want to do MBA after diploma in Civil engineering, then Sorry to say but you are not eligible for MBA.

A applicants must have passed three years degree course, in any discipline from any recognized university with securing minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.
There is a 5% relaxation for SC/ST applicants.

You have to complete the B.Tech course. After it you will have to appear for MBA entrance exams. Some of them are mentioned below:-
