I have done graduation in B.Com and now want to do MBA so please tell me the Procedure to get admission in MBA?

As you want to do MBA so you have to clear an entrance exam for it if you want to take admission in top MBA College
Some institutes also give directly admission without entrance exam

Entrance Exam for admission in Top MBA Colleges

ATMA (held by the Association of Indian Management Schools)

CAT (Career Aptitude test which is performed by the Indian Institute of Management)

JMET (Joint Management Entrance Test performed by the Indian Institute of Technology)

MAT (Management Aptitude Test which is performed by All India Management Aptitude Testing Service situated at New Delhi)

XAT (Xavier Aptitude Test performed by Xaviers Labor Research Institute, Jamshedpur)

Admission Requirements to join the MBA Course
Students have to clear 3 phases of the admission procedure to get admittance:
Phase 1 - Written Examination
Phase 2 - General Group Discussions
Phase 3 - Personal Interview

: Friend , as per your demand ,Here I am providing information about MBA Admission Procedure of National Institute of Technical Teacher’s Training & Research

Eligibility

Candidates must have Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with at least 50% marks (45% for reserved categories)


MBA in India is normally offered in the following four modes:

Full-time

Part-time

Distance Learning


The main Entrance Examinations are,

Common Admission Test (CAT),
Common Entrance Test (CET),
Joint Management Entrance Test (JMET),
Management Aptitude Test (MAT),
Xavier Admission Test (XAT)
AIMS Test for Management Admissions (ATMA).

Admission is usually offered based on the cumulative scores of written test, GD / PIs, and work experience in a few cases.



MBA-Admission Procedure

Admission of CMAT/CAT/MAT Category Candidates:

Admission will be offered according to merit list prepared on the basis of valid CMAT/CAT/MAT score of the qualified candidates followed by Group Discussion and / Personal Interview conducted at the institute.

For candidates with respective equal CMAT/CAT/MAT score, the preference will be given to the candidates in following order:-

Percentage of qualifying examination or equivalent CGPA
Percentage of marks final in qualifying examination or equivalent CGPA
Date of Birth (candidate who is older in age shall be given priority).

Selection Process:

The first phase of selection of candidates for admission into Management programs is on the basis of their performance in a written test,

Two stages, group discussion and personal interview and assesses personality attributes like, leadership abilities, grasping capability, analytical thought process, communication skills etc.


Final selection is based on marks in the written exam and the GD/PI. Work experience is given additional weightage in most of the institutes.
