If you have done MBA and you have also 1 year experience then so many companies are recruiting MBA with experience and fresher and its depends upon your work profile and field in which field you have done MBA and work experience
There are so many fields in MBA like Human Resource Management, Information Technology, Hospital Management, Finance, Marketing etc.

[B]Eligibility[/B]

3-4 years of Education Post the 10+2 Stage

Prior work Experience is recommended (Required for a majority of the schools)
GMAT and TOEFL/IELTS scores (GMAT is mandatory for all schools in the US, recommended for schools elsewhere - unless specified)
A strong extracurricular record


[B]Exam To Be Faced : [/B]

For pursuing MBA from Abroad, an aspirant has to Go Through Three two Qualifying tests:

TOFEL/IELTS (Test of Proficiency in English)
GMAT (MBA Entrance Exam)


GMAT (Graduate Management Admission Test) is a Computer-Adaptive Standardized test in Math and English to check your aptitude for business studies.

You need to appear for this exam if you are interested in pursuing an MBA Degree from abroad.
