Re: Mathematics Olympiad Exam Dates

Mathematics Olympiad is a talent search examination, organizing by Mathematics Association, involving schools from Mumbai and nearby districts.

Eligibility
Candidates from class 8th, 9th and 10th can appear for the Level 1 examination.
Candidates from class 11th and 12th are eligible for Level 2 examination.
Candidates of B.Tech(up to 3rd year), any undergraduate student are eligible for Level 3 examination.

Date of Examination 2nd February, 2014

Level 1
[A] Arithemetic
Basic Arithemetic, Ratio and Proportion, Profit and loss, Time and distance, Time and work.
[B] Algebra
Basic Algebra,simultaneous/Quadratic equations, Logarithm, Surds, Indices.
[C] Geometry
Basic Geometry, Area and Volume, Mensuration, Triangles, Circle, Quadrilaterals, Trigonometry.
[D] Number Theory
Integers, Permutations and Combinations, Basic probability, Divisibility, Sequences-Series, Counting.

Level 2
[A] Arithemetic

[B] Algebra
