Is Mahatma Gandhi University Good

Can you tell me if Mahatma Gandhi University is a Good University or not as I want to sure about it before taking admission in any course in the University?

Mahatma Gandhi University was established on 2 October 1983 in Kottayam district of Kerala, India. It is approved by UGC and accredited (B+) by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council of India. It has around 100 affiliated colleges spread over five districts in central Kerala.

It is the only university from south India selected for Obama-Singh 21st Century Knowledge Initiative which was set up by U.S.-India Governments for Institutional Partnership Grants which created MGU to form partnership with Brown University, Duke University and Plymouth State University from USA.
