Mahamaya Technical University Fee Refund Policy

Hey , I deposit the fee of a course to get admission in Mahamaya technical University , but I want to change the college /university so I want to refund my fee . Will you please tell how I can get refunded fee by Mahamaya Technical University , also tell what is the policy of the university to refund the fee.

Please provide me the fees refund policy for Mahamaya Technical University as I would like to know if I can get my fees paid refunded by the University I what sitations?

RULES FOR FEE REFUND DEPOSITED AT COUNSELING CENTERS

1. Counselling fee of Rs. 500/- is non-refundable and no claim will be entertained for its refund at any stage.
2. Refund of Initial Fee Rs.5000/- is possible in case:
(a) Applicant withdraws before locking the choice Rs. 5000/-refundable
(b) Applicant is not allotted any seat as per the choices filled Rs. 5000/-refundable
(c) A seat is allotted as per option of the applicant, but even if applicant does not take allotment letter/does not join the allotted college / is not interested in taking admission for any reason whatsoever. No refund admissible
3. No Refund of Counselling or Part of College/Institute fee deposited at Counselling Centre will be entertained, if the applicant does not take admission in allotted College/Institute for any reason what so over, and no claim will be entertained for its refund.
