Can you provide me the paper pattern and syllabus of MAH MCA CET or Maharashtra Common Entrance Master of Computer Application Examination as I need it for preparation?

Directorate of Technical Education (DTE) Maharashtra administers an online common admission test for admission to first year and direct second year full time MCA courses in the state.

Maharashtra MCA CET is accepted for admission to post graduate MCA courses in government, aided as well as private universities and institutes in the state of Maharashtra.

Paper Pattern

Maharashtra MCA CET Pattern:-
Topics - No of Questions - Marks:-

General Aptitude - 25 Qs - 100 marks
Computer Concepts - Computer Basics, Date Representation, Computer Architecture, Computer Language, Operating System Basics - 25 Qs - 100 marks

Total - 200 marks

The test will comprise of multiple choice objective type questions (Four Options).

There is negative marking system for this CET. Each correct answer will carry 4 marks. Each wrong answer will carry 1 negative mark. Unanswered questions will carry zero marks.

Test Duration: - 90 minutes.
