Responsibilities Plan and install electrical power distribution, equipment and control room instrumentation Install, maintain and repair equipment and facilities according to plan and schedule Retain complete equipment start-up and shutdown knowledge; follow lock-out / tag-out procedure Detect, report and correct material loss, steam deficit or excessive waste system loading Support parts and tool inventory Keep work areas and equipment in orderly condition; maintain aisles, walkways and access to safety equipment Report accident or injury immediately Communicate during emergency — hear and distinguish alarms and other audible signals Execute emergency shutdown procedures if necessary Regularly train and qualify for incident reporting, lift truck inspection, hazard communication, fire management safety, hot work fall protection, confined space hearing protection, and tool and line breaking Troubleshoot and repair pumps, agitators and accessories for material handling equipment Detect and report improper operation, faulty equipment, defective materials or other unusual conditions Maintain work records; recommend improvements and assist with procedure and instruction updates Participate in equipment and physical plant cleaning and upkeep according to written methods and schedule Employ personal protective equipment (PPE); understand potential hazards and follow safety equipment standards Comply with policies, procedures and work instructions pertaining to safety; attend safety seminars For more Details, contact on: tdresnek@hardyit.com 440-350-6320. |
