Ok, both M.Tech and Ph.D are best and you are eligible for both. So here I am providing you the details of these two course.

M.Tech-

The Master of Technology (M.Tech) is one amongst the many degrees offered in our nation.
M.Tech course is available in the following areas-
Aeronautical Engineering
Bio Technology
Civil Engineering
Computer Science Engineering
Electrical Engineering
Electronics and Communication Engineering
Mechanical Engineering


You can choose any of the branch of engineering all have their own job opportunities.
Some of these companies are ONGC, ISRO, BHEL, ECIL, DRDL, SAIL, etc. The candidates can also appear for various competitive exams like public sector bank tests, UPSC, SSC, etc.


Ph.D-
A candidate can work as a Scientist/Professor after completing PhD. These jobs come with the benefits of a pay security and dignity in society.
Another area of interest for PhDs is the industrial sector.


So I think both are goods field now choose any one according to your interest. It is totally upto you.
