M.Tech or Job after B.Tech if financial situation is not good

What should i do after B.Tech that is M.Tech or any job If financial situation is not too good???

You must at least once try in gate exam. If you get admission in IIT or NIT, then only do M.Tech otherwise you can do a job.
If your current family situation is financially not good then you must go for a job for at least 2-3 years bcoz experience will give better job facilities in future.

After then you can go for master degree with good fellowships.
