According to my knowledge Indian Institute of Technology Delhi does not offer summer training for MSC students. it provides summer Research Fellowship Programme for engineering graduate students
here I am giving you information about required eligibility to apply for summer Internship in Indian Institute of Technology Delhi

Fellowship duration :
Duration
The Fellowship work can be done in a period of 8-12 weeks

Eligibility :
Any undergraduate student, who has completed at least 2 years of study
towards an engineering degree and is amongst top ten positions in her/his
respective programme will be eligible to apply for this fellowship. Students
who will be completing this requirement by May 2012 are also eligible.

Important tentative dates ::

List of selected Fellows will be displayed by April, 2014 on the website.
Fellowship Start Date
Summer work can start after May 2014.

For admission in fellowship programme you have to submit the following documents :
Photograph (Jpg format, 200x230 pixels, maximum size 100kb)
Consolidated Grade Card (Pdf format)
Rank Certificate (Pdf format)
No Objection Certificate (Pdf format)

The fellowship will cover the following:
Cost of travel (Train-Sleeper class) in the country, to and from IIT Delhi.
Stay at IIT Delhi during the visit(s), including boarding and lodging in the Institute hostels; and
Fellowship of Rs. 500/- per week.

The details of the SURGE program of Summer 2015 are as follows:

The SURGE program of Summer 2015 has currently four different components:

Surge program for SAARC (for Nepal & Bhutan only) students applying at IIT Kanpur:

"The SURGE program may be opened to UG aspirants from NEPAL and BHUTAN initially. A maximum of 04 students from NEPAL+BHUTAN may be allowed to participate in the SURGE program for the upcoming summer of 2015.Travel expenses to the aspirants of these countries may be reimbursed up to a maximum of Rs 12,000/- or actual whichever is less. This reimbursement would be in adding up to usual internship stipend provided to their Indian counterparts."

SURGE program for SAARC (Nepal & Bhutan) aspirants at IIT Kanpur. Under this program, SAARC aspirants will be eligible to apply for summer project at IIT Kanpur.

Aspirants are requested to follow the instructions given in the Online Application (closed) Form.

Interested aspirants need to complete the online application form. The deadline for submission of online application is March 25th , 2015 till noon.

Surge overseas program for IITK students:

In this program, IITK aspirants are given a unique opportunity to spend 08 weeks of the summer at the prestigious university. The University for SURGE 2015 is University of Melbourne WEB as well as Melbourne School of Engineering WEB.

Interested aspirants need to complete the online application form. In addition, two letters of recommendation have to be provided as hard copy to the SURGE Office..

Surge program for IITK students at IIT Kanpur:

In this program, IITK aspirants are given an opportunity to work with a chosen mentor at IITK. In order to complete the application, it is necessary for the aspirants to identify a professor who agrees to be his/her mentor during the summer period, and a suitable project to pursue for the 08 weeks in summer.

Interested aspirants need to complete the online application form. In addition, one letter of recommendation and one mentor certification form have to be submitted as hard copy to the SURGE office.

IITK aspirants from below are eligible to apply (Preference will be given to 3rd year aspirants)

SURGE program for Non IITK Indian students at IIT Kanpur:

SURGE program for Non-IITK aspirants at IIT Kanpur. Under this program, Non-IITK aspirants will be eligible to apply for summer project at IIT Kanpur. This year SURGE is open for all colleges in India.

The eligibility criteria for Non-IITK aspirants is mentioned below:
