For M.Tech in ECE one must follow the eligibility criteria given below :
Eligibility Criteria:
Applicants must Pass with 60% aggregate in B.Tech (Electronics & Communication Engineering/Electrical/ Electrical & Electronics Engineering/ Instrumentation/ Telecommunication/ Electronics) or M.Sc (Physics/Electronics) or equivalent.
OR
Applicants must Pass with 50% aggregate marks in B.Tech (Electronics & Communication Engineering/Electrical/ Electrical & Electronics Engineering/ Instrumentation/ Telecommunication/ Electronics) or M.Sc (Physics/Electronics) or equivalent subject to GATE Qualified.
OR
Applicants must Pass with 50% aggregate marks in B.Tech (Electronics & Communication Engineering/Electrical/ Electrical & Electronics Engineering/ Instrumentation/ Telecommunication/ Electronics) or M.Sc (Physics/Electronics) or equivalent subject to valid score in LPU NEST 2014.

Yes, as per my knowledge you are eligible to do M.Tech in ECE. Some institute recommended the candidates passed M.Sc (Physics/Electronics) or equivalent subject.

Admission Criteria:

Admission in M.Tech ECE course based on the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) score card. Some Institute also conducted their own entrance exam for admission in course.
