Re: Lucknow University Inter Youth Festival

The population in the age group of 13-35 years is about 41% and of the total youth population in the country 69.97% are in rural areas.

More than 70% of the total Indian population is below the age of 35 years. Youth being the most vibrant and resourceful segment of the country’s population, they have a vital role to play in fostering and strengthening socio-economic development.

The importance of cultural promotion in higher education is very essential.

The youth are the pillars of national development.

They constitute a sizeable chunk of the national populace in a developing country like India. In the academic sphere ‘communicating cultural heritage’ to young students has been successfully conducted.
