LPU MCA Entrance Exam

Sir I have given Master of Computer Application (MCA) Entrance Exam and now I want to take admission in Lovely Professional University (LPU) . Does it accept admission on the base of MCA Entrance Exam ? If so , please provide me application form of LPU so I will apply for it .
