Lovely Professional University was established in the year 2005. It is affiliated to UGC, AIU, NCTE, PCI, COA, BCI .

Security Rules for the Students in Hostel —

• Lock their rooms when they are not in, and keep the doors bolted from inside when asleep.

• Not to keep any gold ornaments and other valuable articles in the residential facility.

• Keep all the valuable material (laptops, mobiles, camera, wallets etc.) duly locked in their almirahs provided in their residential facility room.

• Not to keep any big amount of cash in the rooms, instead avail the 40 ATMs within the university, for instant withdrawal as per their requirements.

• Not to loan out valuables like laptops, mobiles, camera etc, to strangers or to other students.

• Take proper care while using social networking sites and not disclose any significant information on public forums.

• Not to share their important personal information like ATM pin numbers, bank account numbers, password of laptops, security codes of cell phones, RMS account etc., with other students.

• Avoid indulging in any physical fight with other students whatever be the reason.

• Not to misuse information provided by other students on the internet, otherwise strict disciplinary action will be taken.

• Always display student U. Id. card around your neck when inside the campus.

Students are advised to first approach the Administrative Office of the Block for assistance.
