Lovely Professional University (LPU) is a private semi-residential university. It offers around 200 programmes and courses at diploma, graduate, under-graduate, post graduate, and doctoral levels.

It is affiliated to UGC, AIU, NCTE, PCI and BCI.

Lovely Professional University conducts National Eligibility and Scholarship Test (LPUNEST) for admission in MBA.

Eligibility Criteria:

Pass with 60% aggregate marks in Bachelors degree (any discipline) or equivalent subject to qualifying Interview
OR
Pass with 50% aggregate marks in Bachelors degree (any discipline) or equivalent subject to valid score in

1). LPUNEST or 70 percentile in CAT/ XAT or 80 percentile in MAT or 15000 rank in CMAT or 600 marks in GMAT and

2). Interview

Admission will be taken on the base of Merit prepared on the base of Scores in Entrance Exams.

Application Process (For Indian Applicants):


Step 1:

Register onto LPU admission portal with basic details (Name, Email ID, Date of Birth, Mobile No). A unique username / password will be generated and sent to the email id given while registering. The username will be the email id and password will be system generated.

Step 2:

Candidates have to Login to the LPU admission portal with already created username / password.

Step 3:

Fill the application form submit the same.

Step 4:

Make part payment of Rs. 5000/- (Rs. 4100/- for tuition fee and Rs. 900/- for prospectus). After the successful realization of the payment:

A. The prospectus will be dispatched at candidate’s correspondence address.

B. A Unique AID and Registration No will be generated and sent to your registered Email ID.

C. LPU representative will call candidates and will guide them through the next series of steps which might include:

about total fee of the programme selected.

The detailed eligibility criteria of the programme selected

Scholarship details of the programme selected

Process and modes of making the balance fee payment

Any other specific query.

Step 5:

Upload the necessary documents i.e. Date of Birth proof (Matric certificate, PAN card, Aadhaar card), Photograph and eligibility document (on the basis of which admission is sought). In case the eligibility document is not available at the time of filling this application form (recently appeared), it should be uploaded as and when it is available.

Step 6:

Deposit the pending fee within 7-10 working days or as communicated by the University.

Step 7:

In case candidate is found not eligible in the programme opted due to some reasons:

They may get their programme changed to any other programme of their choice. In this case, fee already paid will be adjusted in the new programme.

They may apply for refund (as per the refund policy mentioned in Prospectus).
