DigiLocker is a key initiative by Government of India under Digital India, targeted at the idea of paperless governance.

DigiLocker is a platform for issuance, verification and storage of documents & certificates digitally, thus eliminating the use of physical documents.

With DigiLocker anytime anywhere access to personal documents; Aadhaar linked documents will get automatically fetched from institutions partnered with DigiLocker.

One can pull documents from DigiLocker partner institutions like Registrar Office, Income Tax department, CBSE, etc.

One can self attest document electronically via e-Sign option to avoid hassles of physically signing documents. Such documents are legally shareable for verification purposes.

One can upload own documents and easily access them with Kotak Net Banking
Completely secure: This service is completely secure as the system is backed by the Government of India

No. DigiLocker is completely free of cost

Register with DigiLocker:
o Login to Kotak Net Banking
o Click on Profile/Update Contact Details
o Click on DigiLocker -> Access Your DigiLocker
o Enter OTP sent on Registered Mobile Number

To pull documents from DigiLocker partner institutions:
o Login in to Kotak Net Banking -> Profile -> DigiLocker
o Go to -> Pull Partner Documents
o Select Partner Name and Document Type
o Enter required details
