LLB From UNIRAJ

I have done 12th in PCM and now I want to pursue Bachelor of Law (LLB) from University of Rajasthan (UNIRAJ). I heard that there is RULET Entrance Exam for it. Would you please tell me how can I apply for this Exam? Provide me syllabus for RULET so I will prepare according to it.
