Re: Life of an MBA Student
Regular day in an existence as a first-year understudy at the UCLA Anderson of Management is as follows: 7:00am: Wake up (subsequent to hitting the rest catches a couple times), shower and set up my business formal outfit for selecting exercises soon thereafter. 7:45am: Leave condo in Santa Monica with 3 granola bars, 1 banana, my knapsack and suit/heels. 8:30am: Arrive at first ACT (Anderson Career Team) group meeting, concentrated on counseling. ACT groups are driven by two second-year understudies and concentrate on industry-related prep (e.g. counseling, advertising and so on.). 10:00am: Attend second ACT group meeting, concentrated on advertising. 11:30am: Change into business easygoing outfit, and join chat with Dean Olian supported WBC (Women's Business Connection). Have lunch! 12:45pm: Attend Communications class on Personal Branding. 2:30pm: Attend Marketing class on Targeting and Positioning. 4:15pm: Meet with Learning Team to audit Statistics case and Economics issue set. 6:30pm: Change into business formal and go to MCA (Management Consulting Association) Fall Firm Kick-Off. 8:30pm: Drive back to Santa Monica, drop by Whole Foods to get nourishment to-go for supper. 9:00pm: Arrive back home. Have supper while considering for Accounting. 10:30pm: Unwind with some pastry and bring a speedy stroll with my sweetheart to our closest Pinkberry. 11:30pm: Come back home and SLEEP |
