Learn Japanese In Mumbai University

I am from Nagpur and have completed BA. Now I want to learn Japanese from Mumbai University. Is the University offers Diploma Course in German? If the university offers it, give me procedure to take admission in Diploma Program? Mumbai University conducts any entrance exam for admission in Diploma Course in German? What are the career prospectus after this course?
