The learning instrument will give one with a chance to surveying and mirroring the abilities and longing for creating initiative aptitudes. For each of the 20 questions recorded underneath, rate oneself on the scale demonstrated as follows: o Almost Always True — 5 o Frequently True — 4 o Occasionally True — 3 o Seldom True — 2 o Almost Never True — 1 1.
