Can you tell me about the admission in Master of Law in Human Rights [LL.M (Human Rights)] program for the session 2016-17 in Utkal University?

Utkal University is the oldest university in Odisha and is a teaching-cum-affiliating university. It has at present 27 masters departments at the university campus for studies and research in various disciplines of Science, Humanities, Business administration, Social science, Law, and Commerce.

It is the largest affiliating university in the country with 267 affiliated general colleges, 15 law colleges, 6 medical and pharmacy colleges.

i. Eligibility : LL.B Degree (3-yr./5-yr. Integrated Law)

ii. Last date for sale and Submission of application form : Within two weeks from the last date of publication of LL.B result of Utkal University

iii. Total Course Fees (for 2 years) : Rs.20,000/- + Rs.4,000/- (for Seminars/ Extension Classes etc.)

iv. Selection Procedure : Career-cum-Entrance (50% Career+ 50% Entrance)

v. Subjects to be covered in the Entrance Test : General English, Constitutional Law, Jurisprudence and Human Rights
