Organizational Behavior The purpose of this course is to investigate the frameworks, theories and research relevant to understanding behavior of people within the context of organizations. The combination of real world examples and highly generalize business logic enhance practical skill of managing people. Japanese Business It was set up primarily to satisfy the likely needs of international students, who would like to gain an understanding of the business practices of India in which one studying, particularly in view of the major role played by Japanese firms in the contemporary business world. Its objective is to provide an overview of the main features of Japanese management and business practices and to set them in an international context. It covers basic Japanese business institutions and practices, and also examines government-business relations. It examine Japan's role in the international business arena, including Japanese investment overseas, and the problem of “trade friction.” |
