My name is Shahista. I am a student of the LLB Law course at the Kurukshetra University. My exams are coming very close. so I am looking for the syllabus of it. will you please give me the link from where I can download the syllabus of the LLB Law course at the Kurukshetra university?

The Kurukshetra University is provides admission for Law courses. LLB law course is based on Kurukshetra University exam scheme. The Kurukshetra University is provides syllabus for LLB. The Entire Syllabus of the theory has been divided into four units. But the question paper shall have five units. Unit I to IV of the question paper will have two questions from each unit of the syllabus. The student will be required to attempt one question form each unit. Unit V of the question paper shall have compulsory question, divided into four parts and each part carrying a question from the above four units of the syllabus. All questions shall carry equal marks Kurukshetra University law syllabus: Semester I Jurisprudence (Legal Method, Indian Legal System and Basic Theory of Law) Constitutional Law-I Family Law-I Law of Crimes-I: Indian Penal Code Law of Contract-I Semester II Public International Law Constitutional Law-II Family Law-II Law of Crimes-II: Code of Criminal Procedure Law of Contract-II (Special Contract) Semester III Law of Torts including M.V. Accident and Consumer Protection Laws Law of Evidence Criminology & Victimology Company Law Compulsory Clinical Course: Drafting, Pleading and Conveyancing Semester IV Property Law Administrative Law and Right to Information Insurance Law Environmental Law Compulsory Clinical Course: Professional Ethics and Professional Accounting System Semester V Civil Procedure Code and Limitation Act Labour and Industrial Law-I Land Laws including Tenure and Tenancy System Optional Paper Cyber Law or Human Rights and Law of Disability Compulsory Clinical Course: Alternate Dispute Resolution Semester VI Principles of Taxation Law Labour and Industrial Law-II Optional Paper Intellectual Property Law or Women and Law Interpretation of Statutes Compulsory Clinical Course: Moot Court Exercise and Internship |
