Eligibility
Age Criteria – 2015-2016
Grade 1
1 January 2009 – 31 December 2009
5 ½ years to 6 ½ years

Grade 2
1 January 2008 – 31 December 2008
6 ½ years to 7 ½ years

Grade 3
1 January 2007 – 31 December 2007
7 ½ years to 8 ½ years

Grade 4
1 January 2006 – 31 December 2006
8 ½ years to 9 ½ years

Grade 5
1 January 2005 – 31 December 2005
9 ½ years to 10 ½ years

Admission Procedure

Obtain the ‘Application Form’ from the school.
Submit the duly completed ‘Application Form’ with following documents :
a. Current address proof (latest electricity bill / telephone bill / ration card);
b. Marks List of the last standard attended;
c. School Leaving Certificate (for Class II and above) / Birth Certificate (for Class I);
d. PAN Cards of both parents.
3. Obtain ‘Application Acknowledgement’ from the school office after submission of the application form.

The list of selected candidates will be put up on the notice board of the school the following Monday until all seats are filled up.
