KIIT School of Law regularly organizes Industry Interaction Programme for the benefits of students to enhance their industry-readiness.

The Training and Placement Cell of the School has been one of the most active departments of the School, entrusted with the tasks of training, counselling, advising and facilitating the internship and recruitment processes of the students of the School.


Functions of Training and Placement Cell


The Training and Placement Cell is entrusted with the following functions –

Assist the recruitment process for the students of the graduating batch;

Make easy the internship process and recommend students of other batches for internships;

Give career counselling to the students of the School on regular basis;

Give support services to alumni;

Offer training to students on soft skills / communication skills / group discussion skills etc.

Arrange and conduct refresher courses for graduating students;

Invite and arrange interactions of legal professionals and industry experts with the students;

Advice students for career in litigation practice, judicial services etc.

Advice students interested for pursuing further education;

Advise students on training courses offered by external agencies and organizations.
