Rajiv Gandhi School of Intellectual Property Law was established in the year 2006 .It is a Law school based at the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur .

RGSOIPL offers a Six-Semester, Three-Year Full-Time residential programme leading to LL.B. (Hons) Degree in Intellectual Property Rights .

Eligibility

Applicants must have obtained First Class Bachelors Degree in Engineering / Technology / Medicine or equivalent.

OR

Applicants must have obtained First Class Masters Degree in Science or Pharmacy or equivalent.

OR

Applicants must have obtained First Class MBA Degree with any of the above

Admission Procedure :

Admission is based on entrance test .

English - 40 marks.

Basic Science(Chemistry, Physics, Life Science) - 35 marks

Logical Reasoning - 20 marks

Mathematical Ability - 15 marks

Legal Aptitude - 60 marks

Essay - 30 marks
