About the King George's Medical University

King George's Medical University, for a while known as Chhatrapati Shahuji Maharaj Medical University, is a medical school located in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.

About the Guest house :

The newly constructed guest house of the university has been functional since September 2007. The Guest House has 14 air conditioned rooms as well as few air conditioned suites and a Conference Hall.

Rules for using Guest House:

Allotment/ booking of the rooms at the new Guest House will be done on priority basis as follows:
Examiners/ experts coming to KGMU will be given first preference.
Guests coming to deliver university orations and lectures in KGMU
Guests coming to attend conferences being organized in KGMU
Guests of faculty members and administrative authorities of KGMU

Rent:

AC Room : Rs 700 /day
AC Suite : Rs 1000/ day
Rent for Conference Hall: Rs 5000/day
