Re: KEAM Creamy Layer

Yeah, Candidates claiming reservation under Socially and Educationally Backward Classes (SEBC) and other Eligible Communities (OEC) should submit Non-Creamy Layer Certificate obtained from the Village Officer.

The Certificate is to be submitted along with the printout of application.

The Non-Creamy Layer Certificate for the purpose of claiming reservation under SEBC and OEC in admissions to Professional Degree courses should be issued by revenue officials not below the rank of Thahsildar.

Those who have submitted Non-Creamy Layer Certificate for claiming the applicable reservation need submit the Income Certificate only for availing the fee concession.

Those OEC candidates who do not come under Non-Creamy Layer Category should submit the Community Certificate obtained from the Village officer for availing the Fee concession.

Candidates claiming reservation under Scheduled Castes (SC) and Scheduled Tribes (ST) should submit Community Certificate obtained from the Tahsildar.
