KCET Last Date

I have a notification of this year KCET Examination, but it is not official notification. in that notification, there are no important dates. So pls provide me last date to submit application form for KCET Exam. Give me list of Examination Centres in Bangalore for the KCET Examination? Pls give its official notification to me.
