Kashmir University Summer Vacations

Hi I am interested in having the details of the summer vacation as well as the academic calendar for the University of Kashmir for 2014?

The University of Jammu and Kashmir was established in the year 1948. In the year 1969 it was bifurcated into two undeniable Universities: University of Kashmir at Srinagar and University of Jammu at Jammu. The University of Kashmir is arranged at Hazratbal in Srinagar. It is flanked by the world well known Dal Lake on its eastern side and Nigeen Lake on the western side.

The counter Israel challenges in Kashmir University on consistent premise has apparently constrained the varsity powers to declare summer get-away.

The Dean Academics Office has issued a warning announcing Summer Vacation for the understudies and staff of the varsity. The warning peruses that the Kashmir University will stay shut from July 18 to July 31 and amid this period there will be no classes.
"Yes, University will stay shut from July 18 to 31 and the classes will continue on the principal day of August," Dean Academics, Professor Muhammad Ashraf Wani said.
