The Karnataka Police Department revealed an advertisement for 285 posts in PSI (Civil) .

Education Qualification: Applicants must have done Graduation from any recognized university in India

Age Limit :

PSI Civil (Men & Woman): Minimum age will be 21 years and Maximum age mentioned below.
SC/ ST category Max. age will be 30 years
General category maximum age will be 28 years
For in-service General category candidates Max. age will be: 35 years
For in-service SC/ ST category candidate Max. age will be: 40 years

Selection Criteria:
Written test
Interview
Physical Test

Hey as per my idea there was vacancy of post of sub inspector but lastdate for applying is over so here I am giving you basic details :-
Age Limit:
Age of the candidate should be in between 21 years and 26 years for Unreserved Category candidates.
Relaxation in Upper Age Limit will be applicable to Reserved category candidates as per Karnataka Government Rules.
Educational Qualification:
The candidate must have passed Degree from a university recognized by UGC or Equivalent.
Application Fee:
For Unreserved Category candidates: Rs.250/-
For Reserved Category candidates: Rs.100/-
Selection process
The candidate will be selected for Sub Inspector of Police (Civil) post through following stages of selection:
Endurance Test (ET)
Physical Standard Test (PST)
Written Examination
Viva Voce

Karnataka PSI Physical fitness

For males
Height should be 167.5

The chest should be 81-86

For females
Height should be 152.4

The appliacation form will be cost rs 700/- and rs 350/- for special candidates (sc/st/obc).
