KCET is the Entrance Exam is taken by the Karnataka University for the applicants those who are interested for the admission in medical, engineering and dental professional undergraduate programs.

This is a state level exam taken in Karnataka and all the applicants those who fulfill for KCET Entrance Exam the eligibility criteria can give the exam at the various centres available.

Selection Procedure:
Written test
Counseling

Exam Pattern:
Entrance Exam will be consisting of three sections in total from three subjects, i.e., Mathematics, Chemistry and Physics.
There will be a total of 180 questions asked in the exam.
Candidates will get 1 mark for every correct answer and no negative marking

Eligibility Criteria:
Applicants must have completed XII class with maths and physics as compulsory subjects and Bio-technology / Electronics / Chemistry / Computer Science / Biology as optional subject or equivalent examination with minimum of 45% marks.
All the subject must have been studied by applicants in English language.
