K TET Challan Form

As I want to apply for the Kerala Teacher Eligibility Test (KTET) exam so please tell me from where can I get its application form and Challan form of it? Can you please tell me the procedure from where I can download the Challan form of K TET exam?

Office of the Commissioner for Government Examinations conducts Kerala Teacher Eligibility Test (K-TET) in order to shortlist aspirants possessing adequate skills to teach in Lower Primary, Upper Primary as well as High School classes in the state of Kerala.

In order to be eligible to teach students in Category I, Category II, Category III and Category IV classes, one need to possess the minimum educational qualifications.

K-TET Eligibility Criteria for Category I (Lower Primary Classes)
One must possess any of the below mentioned educational qualifications:
Higher Secondary/ Senior Secondary or (or its equivalent) with minimum 45% marks and two year Trained Teachers Certificate (TTC) conducted by Board of Examination, Govt. of Kerala or its equivalent.
OR
Higher Secondary/ Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with minimum 45% marks and 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education, in accordance with NCTE (Recognition Norms and Procedure), Regulations 2002.
OR
Higher Secondary/Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with minimum 50% marks and 4 year Bachelor of Elementary Education (BElEd).
OR
Higher Secondary/Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with minimum 50% marks and 2 year Diploma in Education (Special Education).
Relaxation of 5% in qualifying marks is admissible for candidates belonging to SC/ST and Differently abled categories. Also relaxation of 3% in qualifying marks is given to OBC & OEC candidates.

K-TET Eligibility Criteria for Category II (Upper Primary Classes)
One must possess any of the below mentioned educational qualifications:
BA/BSc/B Com and 2 year Diploma in Elementary Education/Trained Teachers Certificate (TTC) [by whatever name known] conducted by Board of Exam, Govt. of Kerala or its equivalent.
OR
BA/BSc/B Com with minimum 45% marks and 1 year Bachelor in Education (B Ed), in accordance with NCTE (Recognition, Norms and Procedure) regulations issued from time to time in this regard.
OR
Higher Secondary/Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 4 year Bachelor in Elementary Education (BElEd)
OR
Higher Secondary/ Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 4 year BA/B.Sc.Ed or BA Ed or B.Sc.Ed.
Relaxation up to 5% in the qualifying marks shall be allowed to the candidates belonging to SC/ST and Differently abled categories. Also, 3% relaxation in the minimum qualifying marks is admissible for OBC & OEC candidates.

K-TET Eligibility Criteria for Category III (High School Classes)
One must possess any of the below mentioned educational qualifications:
BA/BSc/B Com with minimum 45% marks and a B.Ed. Degree in the subject concerned from any one of the Universities in Kerala or any other Universities recognised as equivalent thereto
For Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Botany and Zoology, those who have MScEd Degree in the subject concerned with not less than 50% marks from one of the Regional Institutes of Education sponsored by NCERT will be eligible to apply. For Botany and Zoology subjects, those with MScEd Degree in Life Science with not less than 50% marks from any of the Regional Institutes of Education are eligible to apply.
BA or equivalent with at least 45% marks and who passed in LTTC are eligible to apply.

Additional Eligibility Criteria for KTET Category II aspirants is as follows:
One, who has acquired Diploma/Degree in teaching in any subject and are approved by Universities/NCTE/Board of Examinations/Govt. of Kerala, is eligible to apply for K-TET III. One will have to produce the equivalency certificate as recognized by any of the Universities in Kerala/ Government of Kerala.
One who has acquired the qualifications through recognised correspondence courses/ Open universities should obtain and furnish certificates of recognition and equivalency from any one of the Universities in Kerala.
For considering the minimum qualifications, the marks for main and subsidiary papers only will be considered.
One belonging to SC/ST and differently abled categories shall be granted a relaxation of 5% marks in the minimum qualifying marks. Relaxation of 3% in the qualifying marks is admissible to OBC & OEC candidates to appear for the K-TET- III.

K-TET Eligibility Criteria for Category IV
One who possess the required qualifications for the post of Language Teachers of Arabic, Hindi, Sanskrit & Urdu (up to Upper Primary level), Specialist teachers & Physical Education teachers as mentioned in Chapter XXXI of Kerala Education Act and Rules are eligible to apply for K-TET- IV.
