Criteria of subjects in 10+2:
The minimum academic qualification for admission to any one of the programs is as laid down by JEE.

One should have a pass in the 10+2 or its equivalent with Physics and Maths as compulsory subjects and any one of Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, and Computer Science as optional subjects.

Criteria of Qualifying Examination
One offered provisional admission is required to produce proof of having passed the qualifying exam (10+2 or equivalent) to the University.
