Joining Letter of SSC CGL

Can you tell me when will I get the joining letter of Staff selection commission (SSC) Combined Graduate Level (CGL) exam as I have cleared the written and Interview section too?

After the interviews are over of Staff selection commission (SSC) Combined Graduate Level (CGL) exam, the Dossier (Dossier is a file that contains all documents from application form to answer sheet and submitted documents all) of each candidate is forwarded to the allotted department.

Once the documents received in the allotted office – it will send offer letter containing willingness form and other documents who whom candidates need to fill & return to office by Post or by Hand.

Other Documents: –

1. Medical Letter

2. State Preference Letter

3. Other Documents.

Once the letter from all candidates received – concerned Department’s Headquarter allot the office/Zone/State.

And from that Zone one receive the next round letters like Police Verification Letter, Medical Letters, etc. Once the process for these letters done, the office finally send them joining letter.
