However, the joining date for Probationary Officers (PO) for the Allahabad Bank may be in May or June.

Some Joining Formalities:
You will be asked to do the below things before joining

1. Medical Fitness Certificate issued by Gazetted Medical officer. Some tests to be done are:
Urine test
Stool test
X-ray of the chest
Blood Test
2. Your academic documents and the entire certificate which you have mentioned in application form have to be verified again at the time of joining
3. ID Proof: You have to carry valid identity proof with yourself at the time of joining.
4. Banks also do police verification at place where you live for last 5 years.
